Information you choose to share
If you contact Anton through this website, the information you submit may include your name, email, phone number, message, and the property you ask about. It is used to respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate assistance you request. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in automated marketing messages.
Website services
Resource and contact forms collect your first and last name, email, optional phone number, timeline, optional target list price and message, and a property address when needed for a personalized resource. We also save the requested resource, page path, referring page, and campaign tags (UTM source, medium, campaign, and content) to understand which content led to your request. These attribution details are kept in session storage as you browse and submitted with your form.
We store your request in our database, email it to Anton, and send you an acknowledgment or the guide you requested using Resend. For a personalized Net Sheet, Anton may work with a local lender using the property and scenario details needed to prepare the comparison. The optional call/text checkbox is unchecked by default; we record your choice, the wording shown, and the submission time. You can request a resource without agreeing to calls or texts. Msg/data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Hashed network and email identifiers are used temporarily to limit abusive submissions. Please do not include account numbers, loan documents, or other sensitive financial records in these forms.
The website’s hosting and database services process technical request information and, when forms are enabled, securely store inquiries. A configured email service may deliver your inquiry to Anton. Operational logs may record request times and errors. Please avoid including financial account details or other sensitive documents in a message.
Videos, maps, and external links
YouTube supplies video thumbnails. A YouTube player loads when you select Play, which connects your browser to YouTube. If you open a property map, Google receives the search location and technical information needed to display the map. We also send public listing addresses to Google to locate homes. Those coordinates are temporarily cached for up to 28 days and refreshed as needed. Social links take you to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices.
Cookies and tracking
You can request property information or a tour as a guest with your first name and email. If you choose to sign in, we email a one-time code and store your name and email to simplify future requests. A secure sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. You can sign out from any property inquiry form. Tour requests also include your preferred date and time; they do not automatically book a tour.
When address suggestions are enabled, typing a location connects to Google Maps and sends your search text to Google to suggest cities and addresses. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to address suggestions and maps. Property listings are supplied separately by the MLS.
This website does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. External video and map services may use their own storage and cookies when you interact with those features.
Your client portal
Homes you save are visible to you and Anton. Property messages are shared between you and Anton; they are not public comments or private personal notes. We store your account, saved property references, conversations, read status, and access approvals to provide these services.
Signed-in property information and tour requests become portal conversations. Guest requests remain separate and are not automatically added to an account. Each new portal message generates an email notification containing a short preview of up to 50 characters, with an ellipsis for longer messages. Please reply in the portal; email replies are not added to your conversation. Saving a home does not send an email or subscribe you to marketing.
Off-market access, when available, requires Anton’s approval and the applicable listing permissions. Saved references and messages may remain after a property becomes unavailable, while listing details and photos are removed when required. You can sign out from your portal or the property contact form.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is retained as needed to respond, provide requested services, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, email anton@antonbion.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
